Being riders ourselves, we know how important it is to have support from the company that you trusted when you bought the product. In the unlikely event that the problem is a result of inferior quality, we offer a one year manufacturing defect warranty. If the damage happened due to crashing or improper use of the product, we offer a one year crash replacement policy. All NS frames, complete bikes and components carry a 1 year manufacturing defect warranty. 2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship caused by the fault of the manufacturer. 3. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser, and you must have the original document showing proof of purchase. 4. The warranty only covers breaks; it does not cover dents or frame failure resulting from crash landings. This kind of damage qualifies for crash replacement. 5. The product should be mounted by qualified bike mechanics only. 6. Important notice for frames: - Suburban frame will be valid only if frame is used with single crown forks with 130mm or less travel. - Warranty for Capital frame will be valid only if frame is used with single crown forks with 130mm or less travel. - Warranty for Bitch frame will be valid for use with all types of mountain bike forks. 7. The warranty does not cover results of improper assembly (for example stripped threads), defects resulting from improper use, results of accidents, defects resulting from adaptations or modifications, defects resulting from the user's negligence, results of non-complying with the directions included in user's manual or the producer's and seller's instructions, defects caused in the course of shipment. 8. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, and paint damage) 9. This warranty is void if the warranty card was filled incorrectly or incompletely; if repairs or modifications were made by the user, if external parts were incorrectly assembled or if the product was transferred to any third party. And here are the conditions for the crash replacement policy: 1. If the product has been damaged by the buyer's fault, it is possible to replace it for half the original retail gross price. 2. The crash replacement program covers damages coming into existence during riding only 3. Crash replacement does not cover damage that came into existence during transport of the product or damage resulting from accidents when product was stored (fires, earthquakes, hungry dogs, parking the car on the bike in the garage etc) 4. The crash replacement program is valid for one year from the date of original purchase. 5. The crash replacement program is only valid to the original purchaser, and you must have the original document showing proof of purchase.
